All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our New Orleans studio. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, House of Modern Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking information closely.

Secure Delivery Options
For added delivery security, signature confirmation is available at checkout for eligible orders. Certain high-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Notes
We take great care in packaging each item and document condition prior to shipment. Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, minor signs of age or wear may be present and are noted in product descriptions.
