01 — Submit a Return Request

Select the item(s) you would like to return and submit your request for review.

02 — Approval

Once reviewed, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved, along with return instructions.

03 — Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Approved returns must be shipped within 5 days of approval using a trackable shipping service and must be insured for the full value of the merchandise being returned.

Please carefully repack your return using the original packaging and packing materials and provide us with tracking information once shipped.

04 — Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund, less the 15% restocking fee and any applicable non-refundable charges, will be issued to the original form of payment.

Return Information

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns must include tracking and shipping insurance covering the full value of the merchandise being returned. Customers are responsible for returned merchandise until it is safely received by House of Modern Vintage.

Returned merchandise must be received in its original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
