Returns
We accept eligible returns within seven days of delivery. To begin a return, submit a request below.
01 — Submit a Return Request
Select the item(s) you would like to return and submit your request for review.

02 — Approval
Once reviewed, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved.
03 — Return Shipping
Approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label and a complete breakdown of applicable fees and your anticipated refund. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the label.
04 — Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Return Information
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping and handling starts at $18 and will vary based on item size and shipping requirements. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned merchandise must be received in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
